Many nonprofits will be impacted by the required adoption of numerous new
Accounting Standards Updates (ASUs) over the next few years. Implementing the new ASUs will be complex and require significant investments of time and money. To assist nonprofits with transitioning and implementation under the new guidance, this workshop will review three key new financial standards effective in or immediately following calendar year 2018.  Attendees will learn proper evaluation, disclosure and reporting standards for:
1) Presentation of Financial Statements of Entities (ASU 2016-14)
2) Revenue Recognition (ASU 2014-09, amended by 2015-14)
3) Accounting for Contributions – Resource Recipients (ASU 2018-08)
