Learn how to manage volunteers in your organization including how to find them, keep them and thank them for future success.

Participants in the workshop will learn how to:

  • Find volunteers for their nonprofit.
  • How to effectively introduce them to their nonprofit.
  • Help to retain volunteers.
  • Different ways to recognize volunteers so they come back.

Kim Bruno

Kim Bruno began her career in the financial services industry where she spent more than 16 years in a variety of jobs including branch management, corporate training, sales and marketing.  For the last 15 years, Kim has focused her attention on working with community nonprofit organizations concentrating on fundraising, board governance, publicity and marketing.  Kim draws on many years of diverse experience, on staff and as a board member, with varied organizations like the Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Recreational Foundation of HV, The Bridge Academy, as well as a number of other educational organizations.
