Interested in learning best practices to facilitate better understanding of board members’ responsibilities for Form 990 oversight, performing due diligence, and for meeting IRS requirements? Join Raphael Carletti and Jack Fein of Mercadien’s Nonprofit & Human Services Group to discuss the Form and establishing effective financial and fiduciary policies. Donors/funders use Form 990 to evaluate whether organizations will use donations wisely; and we will be sharing tips for using it to tell the right story.
