A Productive Board: Defining Roles and Responsibilities, Identifying Traps for the Unwary, and Using Tactics for Success

Participants will learn to identify common pitfalls that undermine board effectiveness, and develop an understanding of successful ways to work together with staff.

We’ll look at roles and responsibilities of boards and staff, good communications, clear work plans, and how to deal with common disruptions.
