Strategic Planning: Moving Your Organization Forward

November 19, 2018 by admin

The Nuts and Bolts of Strategic Planning: Creating and Implementing Your Strategic Plan

In this workshop, you will learn how to engage your organization in the development of a forward-leaning, collaboratively designed strategic plan. The planning process will proceed from the identification and examination of challenges and beliefs, through the creation of a meaningful mission/purpose statement, to specific goals and action plans. We will also address plan implementation, monitoring the progress and effectiveness of the plan, and making timely adjustments.

He has also presented at many state and national conferences for a variety of professional organizations.
