Social Media: Tips and Tools for Savvy Social Media Users

While social media offers an affordable and easy method to connect and engage with your audiences – whether they be volunteers, donors, community members or clients, there are tips and tools to streamline and increase your efforts. Colleen Miller

Colleen Miller is CEO of Miller Social Media. She is an online marketing strategist with decades of experience in communications. She is currently managing an online marketing  consulting business, Miller Social Media, with nonprofit and corporate clients. Previously, she served as director of content strategy for Data Center Knowledge, a news site covering the tech industry, and was senior officer, Web, for The Pew Charitable Trusts, a large international nonprofit. She holds a BA from Rutgers University, Douglass College and studied media management at the Graduate School of Journalism, University of Missouri. She is also a mixed media artist and runs an art business, Green Cottage Studios.
