She established the virtual Changemakers International Forum in 2022 to connect changemakers to each other and to foster new and deeper connections, business opportunities, and friendships. . Through the forum, she established a grants program to provide funding to one US-based and one international non-profit organization each year. As someone who started a non-profit with just a vision and passion to make a difference, Jodi recognized the lack of grant funding for small, emerging non-profits. Currently the Podcast has been streamed in over 730 cities around the world.
