Marge Smith, Nonprofit Consultant; Founder and Chair, Princeton Community Works
Marge Smith brings great expertise in working with nonprofits. Having served in multiple roles—executive director, board president, nonprofit consultant, and volunteer—she has had numerous opportunities to develop ways to motivate individuals and groups. She currently teaches Nonprofit Management and Emotional Intelligence at Mercer County Community College (MCCC), runs board retreats and/or workshops for volunteers and staff, and is the founder and chair of Princeton Community Works. She is a board member of CASA of Burlington/Mercer County, the Princeton Rotary Club, and the Princeton YWCA Friends. She is totally committed to enabling individuals and groups to gain the skills necessary to accomplish their goals and thus enhance our communities.
