DA Graham, Principal Consultant, DNA Consulting LLC.
Dr. D. A. Graham is the founding/principal managing consultant of DNA Consulting, LLC. Dr. Graham is the former university ombudsperson for Princeton University and San Diego State University at San Diego, CA, and former director of human resources at The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Dr. Graham is the founder of the New Jersey Intergroup Dialogue Coalition (NJIDC). The NJIDC is geared towards professionals and community leaders who are interested in improving their skills in developing, implementing, and facilitating intergroup dialogue programs. It also serves those in the areas of nonviolent communication, cross-cultural communication, and intercultural relations. It works with those focused on facilitating community dialogues around social identity and multicultural education, developing connections across community organizations, and providing support for community development and experiential learning.
A master creative problem solver, Dr. Graham has worked with several universities and for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to improve human performance through consultation, process design, and training. Dr. Graham is a Certified Organizational Ombudsman Professional (CO-OP(sm)); trainer; professor of Communications/Rhetorical Studies, Nonviolent Communications; and a conflict coach.
