In this workshop you will engage in an experiential learning exercise to explore diversity and what it looks like in your organization. Kimberly Heil, Center For FaithJustice: CommUNITYworX Founder; LeaderworX Program Manager and OneTrenton Project: Lead Organizer

Kimby Heil is the founder of CommUNITYworX, a program designed to bring teens together across racial and socioeconomic divides to engage in dialogues around issues of race, privilege and justice. She is also a passionate community builder and spends time building relationships with and between residents in the Wilbur Section in Trenton. She believes that building strong communities is absolutely necessary to help create a more just world.

CommUNITYworX is a project of the Center for FaithJustice. Kimby also is the program manager of LeaderworX and the lead organizer of the OneTrenton Project.
