Diversity of minds, backgrounds, cultures and experience is important to any healthy organization. In this workshop you will engage in an experiential learning exercise to explore diversity and what it looks like in your organization. Join also in a discussion about tools you can use to more fully embrace diversity.

Kimberly Heil, Center For FaithJustice: CommUNITYworX Founder; LeaderworX Program Manager and OneTrenton Project: Lead Organizer

Kimby Heil is the founder of CommUNITYworX, a program designed to bring teens together across racial and socioeconomic divides to engage in dialogues around issues of race, privilege and justice. She is also a passionate community builder and spends time building relationships with and between residents in the Wilbur Section in Trenton. She believes that building strong communities is absolutely necessary to help create a more just world.
CommUNITYworX is a project of the Center for FaithJustice. Kimby also is the program manager of LeaderworX and the lead organizer of the OneTrenton Project.
